"Solo se perdieron una estrella porque la cocina no estaba funcionando para la cena. Todo lo de más, increíble!"

"This hotel was a fantastic find and an ideal end to our 4 week holiday before we fly back to the UK. This is a tranquil haven with fabulous friendly staff, wonderful food that is cultivated in their garden and lovely gardens to walk around. We took the opportunity to ride horses around the locality from the stables which was so pleasurable. Well-schooled horses for us as less experienced riders with views across the valleys just breathtaking. We loved the fires lit for us in the hotel and our...

"Absolutely beautiful hotel! Newly renovated historic building with impressive collection of art & antiques throughout the lobby."

"Great service."

"Es un hotel muy cómodo y las habitaciones son muy buenas"

"We love this place and keeping returning. Beautiful architecture, charm, kind and helpful staff, convenient location, safe parking, and great food."

"La ubicación está excelente cerca del parque principal, Agua caliente! Una habitación sencilla pero limpia, todo funcionaba bien. "Beautiful grounds, but no restaurant or real hospitality The grounds are well kept and the pool is beautiful with lush vegetation around it, about 1.2 hours from Quito. That's where the positives end. There is no functioning restaurant despite what's advertised — we were directed to a roadside eatery up the street with questionable sanitation. "Included" breakfast required scheduling an appointment and lady was not there a worker came out and told us to waited to brew coffee; we skipped it...

"Great place. Wished we had booked more time. Lovely property n great service food was nice too."

"Very friendly staff! Breakfast is a little sparse. Still a very nice and recommendable place to stay."

"This is a great place to stay and an incredible value. The room, was large, clean and the shower was hot. The "continental breakfast was actually eggs, bread, cheese, fruit, juice and coffee."
