"This hotel was not for us at all. The hallways had a bad odor, and the floors looked like they had not been cleaned in quite some time. Once we got into the room, things only got worse. The carpet was stained and dirty, and there was tape placed between the laminate flooring and carpet area. "Bathtub/shower looked like a crime scene, spiders/mosquitoes in room, unhelpful staff unwilling to grant a late check-out (even for a fee, said I’d have to pay for another night if we passed the 11:30am mark, unkept/not working fitness center, key card didn’t work on doors so had to always go through the main entrance and the parking lot was covered in glass. There’s a nicer, cleaner hotel right next door with better customer service. 3/10 - just because I needed somewhere to sleep in town and...

"Our door didn’t open with our cards easily. It always took 3 or 4 tries. Someone next door was smoking weed all day in their room. Can’t they just go outside? Ugh! Gross!"

"My stay here was okay. The bathrooms looked very poor, like the cracking of the walls around the shower and toilet, and the shower literally looked so questionable i showered with crocs on. The room was decently clean, just don’t look under the bed 😂. The breakfast and pool was nice but hearing the worker complain made the experience not as pleasant. I’d give this place a 6/10"

"The room, bathroom, and facilities were very clean. The staff were very pleasant. There was a variety for breakfast: eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, etc. The coffee was good and a good variety. Ample parking was available. The general area was conducive to walking."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. From the moment we walked in , the staff was friendly and helpful, the lobby was clean and welcoming, the room was clean and spacious, and the beds very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here on our trips to Albuquerque."
