"Ce n’est pas un lit double, contrairement à ce qui est annoncé. 2 lits collés, les 2 matelas très facilement scindés 2 pendant la nuit, coté confort je vous laisse imaginer. J’ai passé 4 nuits, et malgré le fait que je fais au moins 15 à 20 hôtels dans l’année, celui là m’a suffisamment marqué que je saurais m’en rappeler pour l’éviter à l’avenir. De plus, machine à laver hors fonction mais qui accepte les paiements, il fallait payer une autre machine. Sans oublier, le commerce le plus proche...

"The place is really good, the area is not that bad, the only inconvenient is that is reasonable far from paris. The good thing: you can walk about 10mins to the metro station. There's laundry,market,bakery,restaurant and a bar close by. Over all I recommend city residence for a placid staying."

"L'appartement est situé dans une seniorerie, ce qui n'était pas précisé sur l'annonce et a provoqué une confusion étant donné que de l'extérieur le nom de l'hébergement n'est pas indiqué tel que repris sur l'annonce de Expedia, il n'y a que le nom de la seniorerie qui est indiqué. L'appartement était propre, je n'ai pas trouvé le lit comfortable (ce qui est subjectif). Possibilité de stationner dans le parking (10€/j) couvert de l'établissement ce qui est fort appréciable."

Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely poor, especially regarding the €90 deposit. At check-in, I was told the deposit had to be paid by credit card only. "Everything from the amenities to the staff were beautiful. The hotel was incredibly comfortable and the surrounding areas were well maintained. This place offers great value for the price. The homes are well furnished and practical for families. A spacious, comfortable and charming alternative to staying in downtown Paris."
