"The front desk staff were not helpful when we were checking in. They didn't tell us our room number or the special way to use the elevator. The room was not clean. There were mysterious stains on the pillows and splatters of dirt on the cupboards. The dishes in the cupboards were dirty. We asked for three extra pillows and they brought us two... I would not stay there again."

We were returning from an evening in the city back to our hotel room and we drove around for 45 minutes looking for a parking spot anywhere near our hotel and it was impossible. We actually packed our things and had to drive back to our home, which was two hours away the parking situation at this property is a nightmare.
