"Overall, it's a nice property, but very overpriced. Staff is very friendly and property is very well maintained, outside of the room we stayed on.
First appearance of our room was very dirty. There was an orange peal on the remote for the tv, dirt and crumbs on top the stand tv was on, sand covering the floor everywhere, and even in both beds. The first night we had not even been on or near the beach and it was like the sheets were never cleaned before we got there. "

"We didn't have breakfast the three mornings we were there. Parking was a breeze. Staff was warm and pleasant.
The room was great, comfortable bed. We did have to ask front desk to have our room trash emptied and fresh towels. But I would stay there again. The hotel is convenient to shopping and dining."

We enjoyed the spa service as well. There are still some minor repairs to be completed (ie Tennis court surface and sporting complex in general) from Hurricane Ian but overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend.
