"Stayed one night got a 2 bed room, because there was 2 adults . The room had towels for 2 people but only 1 washcloth. Checked in around 3:30pm to make sure no issues with reservation but ended up waiting for clerk to find a room, Since ours was apparently taken or given away. "When I arrived, I was given the key to my room. Upon entering it, the room had an overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke, and the bathtub had burn marks on and in it. I was so disgusted that i grabbed my stuff and went back to the main office to try and switch rooms. When I entered that room, it smelled far worse than the first one and the carpets were so filthy. "First, I would like to say that the staff was VERY helpful. The individual that helped me check in and the one that helped me through all my issues and early check out were very nice. "I stayed last Thursday for one night. Today, a Monday almost 3 pm. I still see the security deposit of $150 after three nights. Not sure if this is typical for the hotel operation. Now I have to monitor to see that this goes away. One extra thing to be concerned about. I didn't find so to speak, a bath towel.
