"Check in was smooth and pleasant, the staff who was a young man was very helpful and friendly. When we’re checking out, the staff Juan was very rude and demanding. I had a few questions but he was impatient and tried to cut me off. Horrible service with him, if you don’t like your job go find another profession. He was the ruined my stay experience in this hotel, otherwise everything was fine."

"2 weken in een kamer voor vakantie verbleven. 1x bed opgemaakt verder niets schoongemaakt! 2 weken lang !!!!
Ontbijt is niets!

"Not pleased with being charged extra days fir the parking you'll be paying fir as the call it a "night audit." They don't guve you a receipt and charge you a unknown rate fir a deposit until you see your card charges. The fitness center also had garbage all over and no cups for the water."

"During my stay i noticed a side door without lock which made the hotel accessible by non key holding people. Terrible security for the 1st level. Their elevator was not working during my stay. On my last night I left a cookie on my desk and a cockroach was on it when I returned. I asked the cashier for a spray and she could not find it."
