"We had two nights of very bad stay in a poorly managed hotel.
The air-conditioner thermostat was all over the place. It was either too cold or the thermostat would not activate the AC.
My kid had terrible allergies and was feeling sick after we stayed after at this place.
It was extremely overpriced, for what we paid. We got the worst deal here.
The towels were basically worn out rags, and frayed out.
The pillows were flat and uncomfortable.
The mattresses were mushy, though we managed...

"Property was understaffed, though the workers that were there were helpful. Most of the time nobody at front counter, even during check-out time. No coffee in rooms. Explanation was that they were in the process of changing vendors. Ran out of coffee for guests during continental breakfast. No water provided with breakfast. Pool water was green and did not look clean."

"The mobility challenged room was awesome. There was a lot of space, and the room was clean, and relatively quiet. I loved the large LED mirror in the bathroom! There were 4 big, fluffy pillows, and the bed had a pillowtop so it was nice. I would prefer to have 2 fluffy and 2 firm pillows, but these were still very nice.
I was surprised to find out they don't have them in the rooms in order to save on electricity, but the staff was nice and even found a hair dryer and brought it to my room...

"The hotel staff first of all upon entering were welcoming and helpful. Very nice and engaging, which is greatly appreciated these days. We booked on Expedia and only for one night.
