"Upon arriving the staff was friendly and they actually even upgraded my room to a bigger one. Everything about the room was great from the spaciousness, to the comfortable beds, and modern look to the room. Not to mention the very convenient medium sized fridge/freezer, mini stove and other amenities . The only thing I will say though that did us the most dirty was that my vehicle along with 9 to 10 other peoples vehicle was broken into… All of our passenger back seat windows were shattered.....

"Great AC, big screen tvs, good sound proofing. Carpet is stained everywhere in different colors. No blackout curtains. Bathroom shower too small (nearly fell down 5 times (I’m 41)). Toilet gunked with old poo. Walls and desks had either bug carcasses, food, or body fluids stuck in various places. Crumbs were left on every table and counter and fridge. "Someone from their staff stole my wedding rings worth approximately 5,000 usd. The reception staff was helpful and tried to help and looked concerned, they sent people who worked there and cleaned to look for the rings but they were stolen not missplaced in the room.
