"Staff is wonderful and helpful. Chloe was spectacular in her customer service, above and beyond and patient with all my questions. The rooms are definitely snug, we just had carry-ons and barely could find space for them. We were in an internal room which was great because it was so quiet at night. The beds were quite soft.
