"We had two wonderful stays at the Mercantile Hotel in Dublin. It's a newer property so it should be clean and looking good, but on top of that the staff were absolutely top notch, and the location is tough to beat. Highly recommend!"

Only negative was that the car park was full as there appeared to be a corporate event at the hotel. We had nowhere to park our car and ended up having to leave it near a housing development a short walk from the hotel which I wasn’t completely comfortable doing."

"First of all when we arrived around 6.00pm and was given the key of our room the room had not been done. We had to go have dinner while they were cleaning our room. The air conditioner didn't work and no windows that open up. We signaled it to the front desk and only on the 5th day, technicians showed up and looked at it and said they had to go on the roof and they will be back.They never did and the air conditioner never got fixed. Same story with the phone. It never worked and couldn't call...
