"We had a 5 night stay at the Ballymascanlon and we had a great stay. Our room 230 was spacious and quiet, the facilities in the room were good and maybe a fridge would be the icing on the cake. In the hot weather we were provided with a fan.
Plenty of tea and coffee facilities available, with 2 bottles of water left daily. A widescreen TV in the room with plenty of channels. The bathroom came with good quality Body Wash, Shampoo and Conditioner. Good quality towels.
The rate included came with breakfast and was the nicest breakfast I’ve had in all my travels. Both hot and continental, fresh fruit and both fruit juices and smoothies.
The grounds and flowers made for a pleasant walk and included a golf course. We did not avail of the Spa or pool.
The car park though large was nearly always full and this may be down to the Golfers using the Hotel Course.
All the staff we met were friendly and most helpful. We would definetly return."
