"AMAZING location. Great for if you’re planning on hitting the town and want somewhere near night life and super walkable. Ambiance from the Latin Quarter was great. Saw reviews of it being too loud, but it was really quiet with the windows closed so not sure what that’s all about. Very nice staff and good continental breakfast. Absolutely would recommend"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning was a good selection and very delicious. The location was convenient for us. (@ 10 minutes to Eyre Square and area). We had the top floor room (quadruple room but three beds) which meant a lot of stairs (28 each way) each time we left the room. "We only stayed for one night, but what a great experience. The hosts, Ann and Michael were wonderful. They waited for us (we checked in late), gave us good suggestions for a quick dinner in town. We decided to have breakfast with them the next day and that was soooo worth it. Amazing spread and choices of food. I would highly highly recommend this place to anyone."

"John, the owner and operator of this B&B was very welcoming and accommodating during our 3 night stay. Our room, #2, was charming (older) and very clean. We had a private bathroom and our window faced the road and offered a beautiful, pastoral view of the green fields, local horses, and far-off lakes. Breakfast (from 8:30 - 10:00 am) was delicious with eggs, link sausage, ham, porridge, breads, yogurt, etc. Parking was plentiful and only steps away from the entrance to the B&B. I recommend this...
