"Super"

"They forgot to clean our room 2days. I went to complain at the front and they fixed the problem. several times the price for a drink was different, depending on where it was ordered the restaurant or the lounge for the same exact drink."

"We did enjoy most of ou stay and there were good ammenities. The menu in the bar didn't mention nuts as part of an entree option. I have a severe anaphylaxis to nuts and cannot eat them. Waste of food and money! The air conditioning in the room wasn't working. They were unable to switch us rooms, so offered a free breakfast to compensate which was fine. "Hôtel bien situé pour un étape, non loin des autoroutes, mais le centre de Namur reste facilement accessible. Parking gratuit et aisé, chambre confortable et moderne. Le personnel était agréable. C'est mon troisième séjour dans cet hôtel, et j'y retournerai sans hésiter."

"Rooms were clean and moderately spacious. Appreciated the bathtub/shower combination. Had free hot drinks for entire stay which was amazing! Breakfast was good."

"This is a large hotel in the heart of the university. All roads are underground which is a bit confusing for a first time visitor, I looped around twice before finding the hotel car park. "Hotel 1815 is een leuk hotel opveren historische plek . Het restaurant is sfeervol en het eten prima. De kamer was slecht schoongemaakt en bloedheet. Geen airco wel een ventilator. Onze kamer was op de 2e verdieping, de volle zon tot zonsondergang erop. Het was onverantwoord om in die kamer te verblijven.
