"Excellent location staff very informative on tram routes to various sites and shopping. Complementary soda and water in minibar. Very clean and spacious rooms for a European would stay here againhotel. "

"If you want a fancy hotel that will charge you a fortune, this is not the place for you. But if you want a hotel that's very well located (5 minutes by bus from the airport), lovely staff, always friendly and happy to help, great food, with easy free public transport to the centre of town, this is your place.
We couldn't be happier with our choice of a hotel and I highly recommend it."

"The hotel was ideal for our parkrun trip. The tram and bus stops were just next to the hotel which made our journey from the airport and into Basel very easy. The Reception Staff were very helpful with directions on how to get to the Fondation Beyeler. I highly recommend this hotel. Our room was a proper suite and we were able to eat there instead of dining out. "
