"I didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. "

Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available.
Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom.
The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct."
"Le ménage n était pas fait à notre arrivée, l appartement sentait extrêmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux à cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse.
Il nous a été impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hôtelier nous a assuré que le ménage avait été fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. "
"Took this just to have a place next to a worksite. Very bad management and wrongful advertisement. Place was full of hair on the floor, extremely dirty, smelly, with a bed that looks used and not changed.
Be careful! This same agency have other “studio to be booked” in the region. All look like scam.
Didn’t stay more than 5 minutes. Requested a reimbursement the next minute I left with picture attached. Shamelessly saying I can’t have any reimbursement 5 days later…

"We were a group of 2 families consisting of 2 adults and 2 children. We were given rooms next to each other on level 2 which was perfect. No need to get in the lifts in the morning to get to the slopes. The room had everything we needed and had much more space than I thought we would get. "I've stayed in a few places in Meribel. This was one of the best. Rooms are quite small, but ours came with a balcony and nice bathroom. The hotel is opposite the main lifts in Meribel centre. The hotel also (and I would say unusually) has an amazing heated outdoor pool, with sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi (wasnt working). Breakfast was really good as well. Compared to other 3/4*'s in Meribel, this place was good value considering all the amenities. Will try and stay again if I go back to...
"Nous ne voulons pas parler de la residence pralin mais plutot de l appartement 405 a la residence le pralin que vous osez louer avec des matelas pitoyables pleins de taches surtout pour des enfants etc...vous dites aux gens qu il y a des couettes alors que c faux ! pas de couettes pendant une semaine on aurait prefere la verité qd on vs a appelé , pas de télévision non plus malgré nos appels aussitot ou vs nous faites croire que vous allez faire quelque chose alors que c faux !!rien est fait c...
"Appartements proches des remontées mécaniques. L'appartement bien que petit (28m²) est bien optimisé pour passer une semaine à 5.
Le canapé lit du salon est de bonne qualité.
La salle de bain est juste un peu petite.
Le fait que les logements soient dans des bâtiments séparés, il est difficile d'être dans l'ambiance VVF. Pour le vivre, il faut mieux résider à l'autre VVF de Val Cenis (VVF rive gauche)."

Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...

Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture…
OVERPRICED!!!
