"Elevator takes 20 mins people got very frustrated, room smells like old lady perfume, and upon check in, I had an upset stomach and there were a lot of yogurts in a fridge and when I tried to take one, the lady at the desk said I can’t have it only for breakfast even when I offered to buy it. Terrible first impression and experience. Breakfast same everyday and terrible."
