"Le mĂ©nage n Ă©tait pas fait Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, l appartement sentait extrĂȘmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux Ă  cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse. Il nous a Ă©tĂ© impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hĂŽtelier nous a assurĂ© que le mĂ©nage avait Ă©tĂ© fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. "

"No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture

"No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct."

"Well once I'd found the place, Hotels.com directions via linked map were incorrect and took me to the wrong location via a logging track up another mountainside some 20km away, it was lovely. Apartment was clean and modern and the views were stupendous. And the food and service at Le Petit Montagnard were beautifully authentic."

Puis lors du check in on m indique que le linge de lit et de toilette ainsi que le mĂ©nage de fin de sĂ©jour n est pas inclus. J ai du rĂ©gler plus de 80€ pour le kit alors que dans le descriptif il Ă©tait notĂ© que le kit Ă©tait inclus ainsi que le mĂ©nage (en dehors de la cuisine) j ai montrĂ© le descriptif sur la plate-forme mais je me suis heurtĂ©e Ă  un mur. La piscine est froide mes enfants n ont pas...
