There were a couple of chairs to sit on, but no comfortable seating to lounge on, just the bed. The breakfast was very good, if a little overpriced, but I suspect that's how it is at most Parisian Hotels. We didn't realize until we got there that they didn't offer daily room cleaning, as they are a 'residence.' We were there for 6 days and...

"Although the property was in a great location and easily walkable. It was not clear it was on the first floor of a busy street with people often standing right outside the windows The pull out couch mattress was stained as was all the bedding. There is no way it could accommodate 4 adults. (It was a tight space for 2)"
