"Arrived and helpful at check-in and looked after our bags. Reception nice and makes a good impression, we were on forth floor, carpets on the corridor are abs filthy, I know they get lots of footfall but not ok, in our room the fridge had not been emptied or rubbish taken away, went to go get water ..."

"Les tapis auraient besoin d'un bon nettoyage et la douche aurait besoin d'être rafraîchie et ensuite mieux aérée pour éviter la prolifération de moisissures. Par contre le personnel est très serviable, courtois et professionnel. Les chambres sont confortables. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent !"
