Até aí tudo certo, mas um hotel 5 estrelas e com diárias de alto valor, não pode ter equipe despreparada para atender seus hóspedes. A clímax do péssimo serviço foi o tratamento recebido no bar do hotel. ...

La chambre n'était pas trés propre. Le personnel était sympathique. La chambre horrible... La clim ne fonctionnait pas donc il faisait chaud. Isolation inéxistante donc combo bruit + chaleur. Salle d'eau désagréable aussi.
