They are trying to be very environmentally friendly. There is no air conditioning and it was very hot for sleeping. They will not let you check in an hour early without paying 20 euro. "Stayed there for 1 night after a night flight at CDG Airport. First experience with finding the hotel shuttle bus from the airport was a disaster, the signage was not clear, the driver was downright rude and not helpful at all. No help was given with loading the luggage onto the bus. The driver didn't even unlock/open the back for us to put our baggage. Appreciated the 24/7 front desk but would also like to feedback that the front desk staff seem to be temp/part-time staff. They checked me into...

"Everything about the stay was perfect; the young lady who checked me in was amazing, I wish I could remember her name, everyone should have her attitude and friendliness. My only gripe was there was no iron and ironing board in the room, it made it inconvenient especially having to do downstairs to use iron in the “ironing room”, and then I had no clue how to use the iron. But lovely stay and affordable."
