Khách sạn Cousins Cove

"Good food, clean environment, nice staff"

"Food was just ok, but typical for an all inclusive. Drinks were great. Swim out room was amazing. Staff was incredible. Drivers were very friendly."

"I observed how welcoming and supportive the staff were, excellent customer service. I booked a mini trip and I am pleased with my experience. Welcoming amenities by the front desk team big up “kemora”one shorty with the warm smile and her customers was 10/10. My dinning experience with Brandon and the rest of the team makes my day special and memorable. It’s a great experience for any occasion. Don’t hesitate, book with grand palladium today!!!"

"Staff,facility was all great"

"The cove was wonderful"

"The overall experience was good however, the centralized AC in the rooms need to provide local access to guest to be able to turn on or off the unit. My wife almost died because off the constant cold temporature in the room throughout our stay. We'd have also like to see more ammenities on the property, for example an adult water slide and more. There was not a lot to do in Negril so Royalton should provide more on premises activities for guest. My Royalton Falmounth stay was much more enjoyable...

"Staff are great, property is clean, rooms are dated but ok. Food was a deal breaker for us. Advertising 9 gourmet restaurants, and only having a choice of 3 each day was sad. As a returning vacationer I was really disappointed. Food tasted horrible, waiting for 45 minutes at dinner for a table is not OK. We left for lunch and a few dinners because of a wait or lack of choice."

"The hotel is very clean, friendly staff lovely beach"

"Keep up the great work"

"There was no wifi , and I wish I was notified about this , because traveling internationally you depend on this . Otherwise, this is my 8th time here and it’s convenient and nice"

"This was a great base to visit Negril & other attractions. We were very well taken care of the staff or outstanding"

"Rooms arw very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff are super friendly and helpful. Everyone made me feel very welcome and safe. Thanks all, I highly recommend this place and will be returning."

"Rooms and property were dated. I could not get hot water in shower, changed rooms & still did not get hot water. Shower pressure weak in 2 rooms. I had 4 dinners while in Jamaica, the worst one and most expensive one was at Tree House. Some rooms have been renovated, need to inquire about that. Location on beach great, chairs provided at waterfront. Staff great. Supermarket is right across the street. Free parking very convenient. Pool water was nice & warm."

"The hospitality was so wonderful. The staff makes you feel comfortable and at home. Very friendly and easy to talk to you. The bartender was very flavorful, made a lot nice drinks and kept the drinks coming and the vibe. The cook was so good, very flavorful, colorful and the presentation of each dish was good. The breakfast was a slap your mama. The room are cleaned and freshed with a lot of space. The location is not bad you have a shopping center close by. The hotel is self was beautiful a...
