"Excellent value for money. Communication and access was easy - remember to message for code to lockbox. Parking was great with loads of secure space out the back. This place has been recently done up with a nice finish. Everything was really clean including bathroom, bed and kitchenette (except the grey thing on top of the bed had some stains). Bed was really comfy and fresh. Location wise it was perfect for what i needed as it was close to the arena and near a lot of shops. Only downside...

"DO NOT STAY HERE. I had booked this property a week in advance and on the day i was told there was no room for me as they did not block out the bookings when they were fully booked. They claimed they had sent a message on the portal “hours in advance” However, prior to my arrival there was no message or attempt to contact myself to let me know that the property was already booked up. Thos is quite dangerous considering i am a young female travelling to a coty i do not know in the dark. I am yet...

App door key is functional once you get used to it, though I would prefer a key or code personally as having all of the doors unlock before I reach them is a security/safety risk, especially for lone travellers. I was very put off by there being a hidden fee retained from the room security deposit, with the alternative choice to have the deposit held for a full 30 days.
