"The room was clean, staff was helpful and kind, breakfast was great but no shuttle. Not from the airport or to the airport. The shuttle was a major factor in picking the hotel. To find out it was not available was very disappointing."

"Our flight was canceled late at night and we weren't leaving until the following morning, so we needed a place to stay. When we got to the hotel, we were exhausted. The staff at the hotel were so kind! It was the best service interaction I had all day. They accommodated my mother in law with a large room because she needs a walker to get around. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. The shuttle service was timely to get us back to the airport. Recommend 100%!"

"I found the hotel with a smart location: close to the airport, 20 min from Dallas, 25 from Forth Worth and next to a giant shopping center with several shops and attractions (Legoland, Bubble World, Peppa Pig, Acquarium, etc.).
