"The front desk guy overnight was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Main lobby clean. However, our bedding had a lot of hair and a small dried puddle of blood on it. I never leave bad reviews but this was really bad."

My only concern was we were charged by both Hotels.com and the hotel itself. Waiting for that to be rectified. So watch your card! Otherwise, a great experience with this property! "

"We looked at three different rooms trying to find one that did not smell like cat urine. The last one smelled the worst and had roaches in the bathroom. We quickly left the room and went and requested a refund. The desk staff - Michael said the manager Meredith would refund our money the following day. We are still waiting on refund. "
