"The grounds were not kept up. My son said it looked like a Walking Dead Hotel. Pool was not working. Cracked tiles with a yellow cone over them. Room fridge was warm."

"The housekeeping is every other day. This was not advertised. My room was not cleaned much to my surprise. And I arrived at 11.56 with a handicapped person and the front desk clerk said I would have to wait until 12.15 to check. I had to ask for the manager on duty to get a room. The staff is terrible. ..."
