Staff - Very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the property and provided all the necessary information upon check in.
Room - I stayed in the executive suite which was huge and nicely decorated. Very large deep soaking tub with added jets that I feel are more hygienic than some of the older model tubs at other hotels.

"The room was clean but the sheets were old as it was lumpy with the little fabric bumps. There was also an unnatural sterile smell to the room that I could not really tell what it was for. The shower was a bit cramped and had no fan but instead a a heat lamp to keep dry? Nonetheless, not major issues for just crashing a night.
The breakfast quality was good and made up for the okay room. Food included:
