"the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh. If you think that you are getting the place to yourself as the advert suggests then do not be fooled as you are not. That being said it was pretty quiet other than take away being delivered at 11pm and being in the room next to the front door. The location was really good...

"There was a bottle of wine, some chips, some coffee and sugars to get you started on your vacation. The neighbors below and to the side were quiet. Tesco Express is just around the corner. "Great location close to Queen's University and a 15 min walk from the central bus station, with a handy Tesco direct just around the corner. Property clean and comfortable. "The apartment is located on a quieter area of Belfast. Parking along the street is easy and free. Apartment is well equipped although it would be very helpful to have a tray in the shower for toiletries. There was a bath towel that was stained. Hope the host would discard it. "

"The whole place was beautiful and clean and the property manager was on site the whole time asking if we needed anything and was ever so friendly. They really made it feel like a home from home, and made sure you could have a cuppa even if you hadn't done any shopping before you arrived - I couldn't fault the place at all!"
