"Check in was slow, procedures seemed inefficient. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Room was clean & quiet, bed was comfortable. Property is older, showing some wear but reasonably well maintained. Hot breakfast was very good. Staff could be more attentive as some of the "clean" plates had food ..."

"Very basic and overpriced. The hotel is located right next to the railway, two trains each night and very loud. Asked for towels to be replaced after the first night, they were not. Asked after the second night, they were then replaced. No housekeeping, we stayed three nights."
