"This loft apartment #316 worked well for me. I didn’t need anything fancy, but wanted to be near UMiami and the beach. Staff are very kind and in office till 5pm. Gave us a discount on bike rentals. Switched our room right away because air conditioner wasn’t working in original loft room. No toiletries provided. WiFi did not work well so I had to go to a coffee shop daily. The place was clean, all door locks worked, shower had warm water, free parking, and has an elevator."

"When you enter the property, you're hit with an overwhelming smell of the air freshener; after that, when you get to the second floor, where our room was, the air freshener dissipates, but you're struck with the mold smell, which is less than ideal. Surprisingly, the room itself did not have any mold or smell and was relatively clean, except the shower. In reality, the room looked similar to the photos, except the photos were taken a few years ago, when things were still new, which are not so...

"good value for the price, close to the beach, a/c worked well, staff were friendly and helpful (placed a kettle and replaced a broken coffee maker in the shared kitchen) and the room was very clean but could use some updating - broken lamp and creaky floor
overall we enjoyed our stay"
