"The staff are very nice upfront and at the restaurant. We have stayed here 3 other times. This time we stayed at another side of the hotel. The room was heavily outdated. I understand they are slowly renovating but we had NO water pressure to shower. The bathroom was heavily outdated and showed dirt. For the price we paid it should be much better."

"The property was great. I loved all of the amenities my children enjoy the complementary breakfast. My older child would have liked a deeper and larger pool, but my younger nine-year-old enjoyed playing in the pool. Our room had a great view of the pleasure Pierre and beach. The staff was excellent very helpful very kind and courteous. I enjoyed my stay and I am looking forward to coming back and booking again at the same location."
