The reason we booked was because Evolve had it listed as "10 minutes from Havelock." The property is located 45 to 50 minutes by car or 20 to 30 minutes by ferry. "My family and I felt as if the property was in great condition for an older home. When we first arrived we couldn't get in through the front door was able to get in through the back.
