"We booked this hotel based on our previous confidence with Expedia and that the hotel seemed to be associated with Wyndham. The room as pictured does not represent room 103 which we were assigned. Perhaps you should compare a picture of 103 with one on your site. After driving for 12 hours we were not in a position to find an alternate. The room was also noisy. When we asked about breakfast we were told to knock on the office cage and they would hand us a bag. We ate at a restaurant when we left. As seniors this is not the experience we expected.
