"Check-in was inefficient; there was a line up of guests & only one staff — same experience at check-out. Very frustrating. While the hotel is relatively new, our room had a broken sink faucet, towels were clean except had human hair on them. Otherwise the room was satisfactory for the price. The continental breakfast was fine."

"I used to stay here in 2018 and 2019. I was so excited to go back but it seemed run down a bit from what I remembered"

"Well , need more staff. There was one staff for the entire floor, beds, towels and toilet paper were not replace due to staff shortage after staying for 2 days. The one staff was running her feet off. Towels are old and wore out, door security not working we had to put a chair behind door for safety. Break fast time was too short, we had to cut cut our sleep just to catch breakfast, not impressed. No iron in room, tea pot not working, no kettle for hot water and no creamer. need more...

"Our room was disgusting. The bathroom floor had brown splatters across the floor that could have been easily removed. There was someones Subway garbage left the garbage bin. The base boards were caked with grime and the walls in the main area a brown drip marks that were very obvious. Coffee Machine but no coffee. The mattress cover was put on after the flat sheet which makes zero sense and was more work than the bed was worth. Room 126, wont be back."

"Appreciated the ample and easy parking, one of the reasons why we chose the place. Staff was nice and helpful."

"I will not prefer this property again. They have allotted me the room which was in the Ground Floor and next to the reception. Asked them to give me any other room but they were very stubborn and told that entire property is fully booked. Pathetic behavior. Will never recommend to any one ."

"Clean and spacious room"

"Good location. Secure. Breakfast ends at 9:30!!! We went at 9:33 and they already had everything put away. 9:30???? Really. Disappointing to say the least."

"This is an old, dated facility. Upon opening the room door we were hit with a musty odor that cleared after the window was open for awhile. The carpets are stained and, in some places, threadbare. The bathroom sink had some weird stains that had obviously been there a long time and it appeared that someone had cut themselves with what looked like droplets of blood down the wall by the mirror (entranceway) with more drops on the carpet. The staff were excellent! If I owned the place I'd be...

"Very clean"

"Beds were comfy. Sink was very slow to drain, toilet had to be flushed multiple times. An additional larger mirror in room would be nice. Hallway rugs were dirty. Front desk staff at check out was very nice"

"The pool was a lot of fun and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were friendly. However, when we got into our room, I noticed some mould in the bathroom. The wall in the bathroom had been cracked and was falling apart by the tub probably from water damage, our beds were being held up by thin pieces of plywood strips and when we sat on the bed, it would dip or crack. Upon inspection, we saw the ribs of the bedframe were made out of the plywood strips that had been clearly been previously...
