"The staff was so helpful, and available for requests, recommendations, and assistance throughout the day. The place was large and clean and quiet. My family of 4 was comfortable in one of the larger rooms and we will definitely be staying there again for our next trip to Milan. "Well situated. Accessable by car, outside restriction zone but within walking distance of center. We received a beautiful room on the fourth (top) floor but in the summer heat the air conditioning was insufficient and noisy. The hotel gracefully transferred us to a lower floor."
