"Our stay started with myself getting stuck in the elevator, in between floors. Used the phone button, no one picked up. After a small panic attack I pried the door open myself and climbed out. Called down to the front desk to let them know. No one answered again. Called back down and they finally did. No apologies or anything just,”thanks for letting us know.” The ceiling spackle was falling off in patches. The black out blinds were tore off the track and wouldn’t move, so the light from the parking lot was shinning through the window all night. The bathroom drain was full of hair and the caulking around it was nasty and peeling. Room 236"

"We had trouble opening our door when we first arrived, and it continued to get jammed occasionally during our night stay. Additionally, the toilet kept running and spraying water everywhere. Fortunately, I knew how to fix that, but not after using up all the towels in the room (only had 2). We had to keep the lid off of the back of the toilet tank in order to manually flush it every time. The side entry doors never did work, so even though it was shorter to go through the side door to get to my room, I repeatedly had to go to the front door. The breakfast was mediocre. The room air conditioner was rather warm. The property however, was very clean in the bed was very comfortable, and everyone was at worked there was nice, so there’s that. It also felt like a fairly safe area. I would actually probably stay here again as long as they fix the maintenance issues."

"Staff didn't fulfill promises and do what they said they would do, they weren't prepared to supply the needs of the facility, and we didn't experience a lot of friendliness. We should have stayed at a cheaper hotel for we paid extra for that stay and got what we would expect from a "cheap" motel"
