"Suite: Spacious, clean, with wonderful appliances - dishwasher, coffee machine with daily supply, and washer/dryer (new). Fantastic view of the ocean with no obstruction. Comfortable beds (so it was an inner room without windows). Every day, garbage is cleaned and fresh towels are provided. Staff: Nice and efficient. Restaurant: Great food and service. Pools: We used both indoor and outdoor hot tubs. The pools were too cold to use. The only complaint is the cable TV, which has a poor connection...

"I had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent, the room was spacious, great view, and provided all I needed, more than. But most importantly, the staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. This means so much when people need a break from day to day, and choose to spend their time and money to stay somewhere. Was always a positive and happy environment during my stay. Much appreciated. "Beach view awesome! Parking was not as good having to cross the street. There should be stop signs up that say stop for pedestrians. Pedestrians crossing sign and marking on street. That would help people cross and be safer. "

"The staff at the reception desk had everything ready for us when we arrived. The room was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything we needed. We did not use the pools or hot tubs but they were in use constantly for the week we were there. The area was always neat and clean. The room was exactly as shown and we had a great view of the ocean and beach from the 14th floor. I would book Bay Watch again without hesitation."

"They called prior to my arrival to confirm my stay. Asked about the location of my room ... was not ocean front with balcony but asked if they could accommodate and said they would do what they could, considering there was a 10 day event going on. Arrived only to find out that they DID reserve an ocean front w/balcony room for me!!! Thank you 'HENRY' for going out of your way for a stranger. You're the BEST front desk manager."
