Only complaint, small but notable, the metal frame around the base of the bed was quite noisy. Just stepping up to the bed you kicked it and it is LOUD, , hard to avoid. The room was clean and had a nice feel to it..."

"I stayed overnight and used their free shuttle the next morning to go to the airport. I really appreciated that the lobby had an attendant 24/7 and that the shuttle also ran 24/7. They had a snack center with a variety of items for sale and also sold food in the bar area and provide a free breakfast buffet in the morning. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well stocked with bathroom supplies."

"The pool was supper dirty, the Jacuzzi was also looking really dirty and not in service. It looks like it had a mold.. I was disappointed because the only reason I booked the stay was to have a relaxing day enjoying the pool and Jacuzzi. Not to mention there was a couple with the same reason as me, he even got the net to clean the pool himself, but once we saw the bottom was dirty too he went to make a complained.
Also I didn’t like the fact the rooms were across the lobby , you had to walk...

"When getting my room key, I went upstairs to my room and noticed that house keeping did not clean the room. Like the previous guests had just left. Towels on the floor, toilet not flushed and the bed wasn’t tidy. I immediately went back to the front desk and explained the room situation to the receptionist. He immediately apologized and tried to connect toa house keeping employee. With no luck, he issued me a whole new room. The second room was super clean and met the standards for a new guest....
