"Only hiccups: the staff member serving as bartender had to pull double duty as an extra shuttle driver for an emergency airport pickup, and witnessed no one else on staff really knew how to fully bartend! Also, room was a little noisy, some kind of mechanical/plumbing noise that I couldn't quite figure out if it was toilet or walk behind. (This was room #425 in the event property mgr reads this.)
Besides that though, staff goes above and beyond the call of duty to assist guests. It was close...
