"do yourself a favor go anywhere else. there are roaches in the rooms and in the halls. too many people outside smoking or doing drugs most likely. the smell in the Halls is bad and it is dirty. might as well be a drug den"

"Clean, updated room. Electric cover plates were broken and not repaired. Breakfast was nothing special and they ran out of coffee 2 of 3 days we were there. Truck noise from the freeway was noticeable in our 3rd floor room but not too bad with the fan on full speed."

"Great location, near the Meijer Gardens and easy to get to downtown Grand Rapids.
Clean property, ample parking, friendly staff. Breakfast was good and great way to start the day. Appreciated the always available coffee, cold water, tea and cookies!
Room was good size, bathroom also with sufficient towels and large counter. Nightlight in bathroom is great. AC unit is not too loud. Nice to have coffee maker, fridge and microwave in room. Plenty of outlets to charge phone, computer etc.
Nice...
