"Wild uncontrollable showerhead, spraying water everywhere. Soaps etc very basic and limited, no vanity mirror in bathrm. Valet $60 per car. No free parking anywhere. Breakfast buffet only for fee. No complementary upgrade offered for Marriott rewards/Amex platinum. Charges exceeded expectations. Nice clean, white sheets and comfortable bed. Good coffee provided in lobby. Friendly staff. "They double charged us. We prepaid though Expidia. When we checked in they ran our credit card again and said it’s just pending it would fall off in 5/7 business days after our stay. But I went through, it took over 14 days and two Calls to the property to finally get a refund.
They also put us in the wrong room a smaller room and didn't Fix the issue nor credit us for the difference."
