"paid a pretty penny to stay at what is supposed to be a “saught after” hotel.. we had an outstanding experience with the nighttime front desk lady that checked us in, the older woman working days yesterday and the man that helped us checkout this morning. I have a brain injury so I’m not able to recall their names but we’re absolutely stand up employees, however the male manager he’s an older man, was wearing a green dress shirt today. "The room we stayed in had an issue with the door hanger in the bathroom when using it to hold our wet towels - it came off the door. Otherwise, everything was excellent. I just wish the pet fee which said when we booked the hotel was a flat fee; however, when we arrived, the pet fee was PER NIGHT. We still would have chosen comfort suites but full transparency at the time of booking thru Expedia would have been information we could have used."

"Pros:
Close to activity I was attending.
Parking was easy and you were not charged a fee.
Bed was comfortable.
Cons:
Decorative bed covers in my room had stains and my daughter’s room had blood stains on her’s.
Need new wash clothes in bathroom, worn out and dingy.
There was no hot water for a shower.
My daughter had old fashion mouse trap behind couch in her room.
TV would not completely shut down at bed time.
Front desk personnel were not very friendly or thankful that we were there.
