"Room was nice, bed was clean, cushions in it need cleaning. I think a mirror would be a good addition and I would have liked a kettle. Everything is nearby. Bathroom is very clean. There is a feeling of safety here."

"I stayed at this hostel in Heraklion for two nights and it was a good short stay option. Nothing spectacular, but clean, safe, and well located. I stayed in an all girls shared dorm with bunk beds and had the bottom bunk, which was fine for sleeping. The room had a sliding door that opened to a small balcony, which was a nice touch. The common areas were clean, the air conditioning worked well, and hot water was reliable. The shower area was small, and the showers on my level were co ed, which...

"Nice place to stay, but it got off to a bad start at check-in. There was a problem with my booking. The clerk was accusatory, argued with me when I wasn’t arguing with her, and was overly aggressive in personality. Don’t know why she felt the need to be so loud either. That was the last thing I wanted to deal with after a very long day of traveling. After having to deal with her unpleasantness, everything else went smooth. The hostel itself is very nice. Nice set up. "
