"We chose this hotel because they have a pool. My teen daughter took 1 look at the debris and bugs floating in it and said no way. The pillows are small and lumpy. But this room single handedly made me realize just how done with hotels I am after this trip. The only curtain covering the window is a sheer white curtain. So you drive all day, go to bed late and exhausted, and you get woke up at 5:45am from the sun coming up. Then some of us still need to drive all day the next day. Now we feel like...

"They offer full breakfast. Room was clean. There is a bar/lounge but I was not at hotel during open hours. There were young children ball teams staying at hotel. The adults and children were hanging out in the dining room and lobby after 10 pm and my room was right down the hall. They were noisy and when they went to their rooms, they were not quiet in the hallway."

"The hostess laughed when I asked what the breakfast was like. I understood why the next morning. Shower was stained, found trash around the room, and the bed was the creakiest thing I've ever slept on."

"Pool was green and cold water. Could not have been safe to swim in. We booked this hotel because we wanted a pool and we couldn't even use it. Also the parking lot and surrounding area seemed very unsafe. Would not recommend for anyone."

"Booked a King size room. Arrived bed dirty hair on the pillows and in the sheets. Went to ask staff at the desk for another room. Stated they were all gone. Which the next morning found out that was not correct. Asked for clean sheets to change the bedding myself. Was given a full fitted sheet. Had to tell the front desk girl this is not the right size. Horrible service would not recommend."

"The hotel was filthy. The carpeting in my room was so soiled that it was black and the pattern couldn’t even be seen. I saw the maid using a broom to sweep the carpet not a vacuum cleaner. The screen was ripped so I couldn’t open the window for fresh air. It smelled of smoke. It was rundown in general, chipped furniture, dirty bathroom. There were two dogs in the room next door that barked constantly. My room didn’t get cleaned on day 2."

"The room wasn’t very clean. Smelled very strong of cigarette smoke. The fire alarm went off around 4:30am for about 30mins. The fire department arrived and shut it off. It was a bit of a sketchy area."

"We chose this hotel because it has the kitchenette and we knew we wanted to be cost efficient on food and beverages. If I had known that they don’t do housekeeping everyday and that you must request it I never would have booked the room. On day 3 they stopped by while we were gone and restocked the coffee and hand towels, that was it, didn’t make beds, restock bath towels, (I had to go begging for more and get eye rolls like I was such an inconvenience) they definitely didn’t vacuum or do dishes...
