The room was nice staff very friendly. Pool was cold. Easy check in. It was very noisy you could hear all outside noises and other guests walking around in the rom above. Bed and pillows was hard.

These guys are unusual in the hotel business. The don't charge for parking, they don't charge a "resort fee," they make over the room - without asking - every night, their greet you coming and going with a friendly hotel, they adk for you to come back and they mean it, the computer in their business room works and is connected to the internet, the rooms are spacious and up-to-date, the beds are incredibly comfortable, soft and warm, the heating and A/C works and it's quiet, you get a 55" TV, not a 24" TV and they make everything easy. In essence, they do everything that most other hotels don't or won't do for the customer. Other property owners and managers out there: "This" is how you start bringing customers back to your properties. "This" is how you build loyalty. "This" is how you stop bleeding your customers and start building long term relationships!

The staff are more than helpful and friendly. Hotel is easy access to highways but very quiet. Pool was closed some of the days during our stay, but we didn’t have time anyway. Will return.

Nice and clean hotel!

Everything was good, staff very friendly also. Room was cleaned every day so that was a surprise. Other hotels don’t clean the room every day. That was a plus for me.
