"We’ve just returned from an amazing trip to Crete and had a fantastic stay at the Peninsula Hotel. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to help whenever we needed anything. Their kindness really made our holiday feel special. The hotel was spotless, our room was clean and comfortable, and the views were beautiful. Everything was well looked after and made for a really relaxing stay. The food was fantastic as well, with plenty of choice every day and something for everyone. Every meal was enjoyable and definitely exceeded our expectations. The beaches nearby were honestly some of the best I’ve ever been to, with crystal-clear water and stunning scenery. It’s a place I’ll remember for a long time. A huge thank you to everyone at the Peninsula Hotel for making our holiday so enjoyable. We had an incredible time and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Crete. We’ll definitely be back."

"Stylish rooms, friendly staff, excellent facilities, room with jacuzzi, bottle of prosecco on arrival, spacious and inviting pool area, good variety breakfast. Golf carts available for steep hill. 20-30 min walk to all restaurants in Elounda - pavement & lit at night along road. Big car park."

"The property is located on a sandy beach with a beautiful view. The hotel is about 15 minutes taxi ride from the harbour and old town. The staff were helpful. I stayed two nights but a longer stay would have been relaxing. I booked a loft room which was in two floors and I never used the top floor because of the stairs so we were in the room downstairs and the set up of the room was in a way the handwash basin was in the room and not in the toilet so took some space."

Village Heights Resort

"We enjoyed our stay at Village Heights Resort. The staff were amazing and looked after us well. The food was great, with plenty of choice to choose from, including the variety of restaurants they have. Rooms were of good size and were cleaned daily. Only downside was the bathrooms could be modernised. Good views of the sea. The free shuttle bus from the hotel to the centre of Hersonissos was very helpful. The hotel also had lots of entertainment on offer, particularly the Cretan Night, where they had live music and a dancing show. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to relax and be away from the centre of it all."

"Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, lovely room (upgraded for us too), fabulous breakfast, lovely peaceful pool area. Great location just a few minutes walk from the delightful old town. Highly recommended!"
