"I stayed four night in Avenida apartment and everything was great. I had some difficulties in finding the location, and entering the building, but the owner, Francisca helped me out after contacting her. She was very friendly, helpfull and flexible, as I needed to stay one more night, we settled in a minute. She helped me also with some questions about my travel to the airport. "This is a beautiful apartment very close to the train station and historic district. The windows are well insulated for a quiet sleep and the bed is very comfortable. Our unit was on the third floor though, so folks with mobility issues should look elsewhere."

"The host greeted us at the gate with keys and a quick tour of the lovely property. This house is the best location in which we have ever stayed: Attention to detail is evident everywhere from the bed and bath linens to the kitchenware to the overall design of the unit’s layout. Very clean and brightly lit, yet with excellent privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and quite suitable for a stroll to view others' gardens. Guest comfort is paramount though and through."
