Foi muito agradável a estadia. O hotel é muito bem localizado (ao lado do shopping), com garagem coberta, um espaço para refeição que você pode usar a vontade, café da manhã básico porém muito saboroso. O quarto com cama muito confortável, o banheiro pequeno porém ok. Gostamos muito do atendimento do pessoal

Ótima opção em Criciúma

Hotel com aparência de novo, o quarto era moderno e confortável. A cama era grande e não tive problemas com ácaros ou insetos de cama, que geralmente me fazem coçar. O banheiro tinha um espaço razoável com uma ducha centralizada no teto, bem agradável. O café da manhã tinha pouco espaço para acomodar todos os hóspedes, não tivemos que aguardar mesa, mas tivemos que sentar numa com bancos altos.

Sempre fico nesse hotel pela qualidade e limpeza, mas dessa vez a cama estava suja, tinha pelos, resto de comida e cabelo, pelo visto a roupa de cama não foi trocada do hóspede anterior. O recepcionista foi muito gentil e acabou me trocando de quarto depois de insistir.

Cuidado! Este Hilton é estilo IBIS.

Não se engane com o “Hilton” no nome! Este hotel é estilo Ibis, com áreas sociais bem decoradas mas quartos extremamente pequenos. Ficamos apenas uma noite, então foi tranquilo, mas para estadias mais longas não aconselho. O café da manhã é muito bom e a equipe toda é muito atenciosa.

Espetacular. O hotel é MARAVILHOSO! Tudo impecável, localização top, comida deliciosa, acomodações e excelentes. Só faria uma ressalva para os atendentes da recepção que não eram muito simpáticos. Não ouvi um bom dia ou um boa tarde. No mais foi tudo PERFEITO!

Tudo dentro das expectativas. Dois pontos a observar: 1) não havia disponibilidade de adaptadores para as saídas de energia em caso de necessidades. 2) local do café em horários de pico fica sem lugares disponíveis. Reposição de alimentos, especificamente ovos, bastante demorada.

Acomodações bem limpas, ambiente silencioso e custo benefício muito justo. Tive uma situação desagradável, pois o café da manhã é servido até às 10h, só que às 9h não tinha mais café passado. Ao questionar um funcionário, o mesmo disse que não seria mais reposto. E de fato não foi. Tinha apenas o café na máquina.
