"Our stay was aboslutely wonderful! The house and farm lies high up in the Tuscan hills and we were immersed in lush greenery with a river flowing nearby. Lorenzo was very welcoming and cooked us a delicious Tuscan dinner every night. We also loved his beautiful dog and two cats who made our stay extra nice! The room was sprakling clean and very cozy. "The hotel is a bit ways from the city of Florence, 20+ miles but close to the highway. Relatives to the hotel prices in Florence this was much less expensive since we had a rental car. Very clean place, nice size rooms and pretty good choices for breakfast included. The staff was very cordial and helpful and they do speak English good enough to convey the message. "

"We had the most wonderful time at Casale La Gora. Francesca was super sweet and helpful! We spent 5 nights there and enjoyed every second of it. The room was spacious and comfortable, I missed a bench or couch at night when we were relaxing and extra pillows would have been handy, however the house has two guest lounge rooms with comfy sits. Rooms average size, bathrooms were big. Great water pressure in the shower. Good location, close to Florence, Chianti, Sienna. Free parking a plus. Would absolutely stay here again."
